用途說明

   旋轉(zhuǎn)式泡騰片壓片機(jī)-25 本機(jī)是一種自動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)、變頻調(diào)速、連續(xù)壓片的機(jī)器。是制藥、化工、食品、電子等工業(yè)部門中將顆粒狀原料壓制成片劑的基本設(shè)備。

本機(jī)適用顆粒含粉量（100目以上）、不超過10%的顆粒狀原料的壓制。本機(jī)不適用于半固體、潮濕顆粒、低深點(diǎn)、易潮原料和無顆粒和粉末壓制。

本機(jī)是專門為適應(yīng)客戶市場(chǎng)要求定制的壓制大片徑泡騰片及其他不易壓制的中藥、化工、食品等物料。25機(jī)型可以壓制5-30毫米的圓形、異形、雙面刻字等片劑（壓雙層雙色片需定制）。
 

I.  Application

This machine is a kind of automatic rotation, frequency control of motor speed, continuous tabletting machine. Is the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, electronics and other industrial sector will be basic equipment, granular materials into tablets.

This machine is suitable for tableting the granular materials which have the powder （above 100 mesh）.  not more than 10% of the granular materials repression. This machine is not suitable for semisolid, wet granule, low deep point, easy to moisture raw material and no particles and powder compacting.

This machine is dedicated to meet the requirements of the customer market of suppression of large diameter effervescent tablets and other difficult to suppression of traditional Chinese medicines, chemical, food and other materials. 25 models can suppress 5-30 mm round, special-shaped, double-sided lettering tablet press (double double color need to customize).
